Diplomat’s Stash

• This is an unusual but complete 8-piece set of dice, suitable for D&D and similar tabletop role-playing games.
  
• This is a treasure set, inspired by the gems you might find in a pirate’s purse, a wizard’s bag of spell components, or a dragon’s hoard. They are unusually shaped, but each die has been designed with balance and fairness in mind, and should roll true for casual play. 
  
• Obviously these aren’t real gems. Like most of my dice, they are made of resin. Their color comes from ink or dye, and the inner sparkle comes from mylar film and/or color-shifting powders. 
• This set includes:
• 1 “diamond” clipped-crystal d20
• 1 “sapphire” center-facet d20
• 1 “emerald” flat-top gem-style d12
• 1 “obsidian” rod-style d%
• 1 “amethyst” clipped-crystal d10
• 1 “ruby” crystal d8
• 1 “citrine” double-clipped gem d6
• 1 “purple quartz” wobblestone (oloid) d4
• These dice are handmade, which means they are molded, cast, polished, and inked by hand, one face at a time. While some mold marks or imperfections may be present, the dice are well-balanced and should roll true for casual play.

Notable Flaws

These dice are made using mylar film to give that inner sparkle. Sometimes, when the film rubs against the edge of the die from the inside, there is a small ripple in the surface. These “touches” are  not usually noticeable and don’t diminish the shine, but if mirror-flat dice are what you’re after, these are not the best dice for you.
